Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst specializing in Voluntary Benefits, Disability, and Time Away programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and evaluation of voluntary benefits, disability plans, and time-away programs
  • Analyze program utilization and develop data-backed recommendations for program improvements
  • Serve as a strategic point of contact for vendors and manage vendor performance and service issues
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive benefits experience focused on voluntary benefits, disability, or leave/time-away programs
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave programs
  • Proficiency in BenAdmin software and HRIS systems, with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Experience in a large, complex employer and multi-market harmonization preferred
