Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and non-qualified Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP)
- Coordinate Employee Benefits Committee meetings and ensure all materials are prepared and submitted
- Lead vendor implementation projects and manage smaller vendor programs to optimize relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience managing various benefit plans for a large employer
- Strong knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements such as ERISA and ACA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
- Familiarity with HRIS and benefits administration systems, especially Workday
