Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly benefits reconciliations and manage financial oversight of self-insured medical plans
• Analyze benefits utilization and provide insights to inform strategy and optimize costs
• Ensure compliance with regulations and support audits and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in benefits administration with a focus on financial analysis
• Experience managing or supporting self-insured health plans
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and payroll systems
