Job Summary
Senior Benefits Analyst, a full-time position focused on administering and enhancing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support various employee benefit programs, serving as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries
- Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations, conducting audits and managing benefits-related invoices
- Analyze benefits data and trends to support strategic recommendations and continuous program improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or related HR functions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS platforms and benefits administration systems
- Knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations and compliance requirements
