Job Summary
Managing complex health and welfare and retirement plans, the full-time Senior Benefits Analyst will provide analytical and technical support, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee large-scale benefit plans and serve as a contact for escalated issues, ensuring compliance with laws and internal procedures
- Conduct complex data analysis to maintain data integrity and coordinate data transfers for plan administration
- Implement and maintain benefit records in systems, preparing reports and managing system upgrades and testing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of related experience required
- Knowledge of health & welfare administration and retirement program audits
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and pivot tables
- Experience with Oracle and/or Oracle Cloud preferred
