Job Summary

Managing complex health and welfare and retirement plans, the full-time Senior Benefits Analyst will provide analytical and technical support, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee large-scale benefit plans and serve as a contact for escalated issues, ensuring compliance with laws and internal procedures
  • Conduct complex data analysis to maintain data integrity and coordinate data transfers for plan administration
  • Implement and maintain benefit records in systems, preparing reports and managing system upgrades and testing
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of related experience required
  • Knowledge of health & welfare administration and retirement program audits
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and pivot tables
  • Experience with Oracle and/or Oracle Cloud preferred
