Job Summary
Serving as the subject-matter expert for U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs, the full-time Senior Benefits Analyst will manage day-to-day administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of benefits while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the daily operations of U.S. benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Administer U.S. leave programs end-to-end, including FMLA, state paid family/medical leave, and short- and long-term disability
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, leading audits and managing vendor and broker relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits administration with a focus on self-insurance and compliance
- Strong working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other benefits regulations
- Proficiency in Workday HRIS and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation
- Ability to communicate complex benefits concepts clearly to employees and stakeholders
