Senior Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Benefits Analyst in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage retirement, life, disability, and time off programs, driving design, compliance, and vendor negotiations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop competitive design and communication recommendations for benefit programs using market benchmarking and data analytics
• Partner with senior leadership and external brokers for vendor management, renewal negotiations, and strategic roadmap recommendations
• Monitor legislative changes to ensure compliance and maintain compliance trackers for system updates

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in retirement and leave benefit plan design
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefit programs and relevant regulations
• Proven capability in analyzing complex data sets and plan documents
• Practical proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow platforms
• Exceptional skills in business case development and stakeholder relationship management
