Senior Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Leading complex client implementations, the full-time remote Senior Benefits Analyst will manage end-to-end benefit configuration and implementation for large clients while providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the full implementation lifecycle for large, complex clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of contractual obligations
• Configure and maintain complex benefit designs and conduct root-cause analysis on benefit set-up issues
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and represent Benefits Administration in cross-functional meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management or client implementations, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Experience with PBM claims processing platforms; RxSense platform experience preferred
• Prior experience in a consultative client-facing role strongly preferred
