Job Summary
Supporting the operations and continuous improvement of global benefits programs, the remote Senior Benefits Analyst will manage day-to-day administration of benefits, oversee leave of absence programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the administration of global benefit programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans
- Support the administration of leave of absence programs and optimize related workflows and systems
- Serve as the operational point of contact for benefits vendors, ensuring accurate plan administration and performance tracking
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration
- Strong knowledge of U.S. health and welfare plans and retirement programs
- Experience working with brokers, third-party administrators, and benefit vendors
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify trends in benefits utilization and costs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
