Job Summary

Administering defined benefit pension plans, the full-time Senior Benefits Analyst will ensure compliance with regulations, manage retirement calculations, and resolve complex participant inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer defined benefit pension plans in accordance with plan documents and applicable regulations
• Review and process retirement calculations, benefit commencements, and participant transactions
• Research and resolve complex participant inquiries and escalated issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of benefits administration experience with a focus on defined benefit pension plans
• Knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and pension administration practices
• Experience performing pension calculations and interpreting plan documents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
