Senior Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the full benefits lifecycle, the remote Senior Benefits Analyst will manage onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance for health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs while collaborating with HR leadership to ensure program effectiveness and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer U.S. health and welfare and retirement programs, serving as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and manage government filings and reporting
• Lead the annual open enrollment process, including system configuration, employee communications, and post-enrollment auditing

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of progressive benefits administration experience managing a full benefits program independently
• Hands-on experience with health and welfare plan administration, retirement programs, and leave management
• Proficiency with benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems, including carrier file feed management
• Working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and state leave regulations
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, audit reconciliation, and reporting
