Senior Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the benefits and retirement function for approximately 800 employees, the full-time Senior Benefits Analyst will oversee health and welfare benefits administration, retirement plan compliance, and vendor management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all benefit programs, manage enrollments, and handle complex benefits inquiries
• Own carrier billing and financial reconciliation, partnering with Finance/AP for invoice processing
• Serve as primary liaison for vendors, managing service issues and participating in renewals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
• 5-7 years of progressive benefits or HR administration experience
• 3+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
• Expert knowledge of benefits regulations such as ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA
• Experience with 403(b) and/or 457 retirement plan administration required
