Senior Benefits Analyst
Job Summary
To support a large multi-state employer environment, the full-time Senior Benefits Analyst will research, develop, analyze, and administer various corporate benefit plans while working remotely from either CST or EST time zones.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer multi-state employee benefits including 401(k), Health and Welfare, and executive benefits
- Manage carrier and vendor relationships, including the development and analysis of RFP information
- Interpret and update benefits policies to ensure compliance and improve efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required
- 4+ years of benefits or finance experience, preferably in healthcare or financial services
- Experience with HRIS systems related to health and welfare preferred
- Knowledge of benefits administration concepts such as ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA preferred
- Strong data analysis, Excel, audit, and reconciliation skills required
