Job Summary

To shape the strategy and oversight of North American retirement and financial wellbeing programs, the full-time Senior Benefits Analyst will leverage data analytics and financial acumen while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic roadmaps and executive dashboards to evaluate program trends and guide financial wellbeing initiatives
• Direct budget workflows for North American retirement plans and voluntary benefits, ensuring precision in financial management
• Provide expert oversight for plan funding, financial audits, and regulatory compliance to maintain strong governance

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in benefits analysis, budget management, or plan administration within North American markets
• Strong knowledge of North American retirement plan governance and regulatory reporting
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling using Excel and Google Sheets
• Exceptional collaboration and project management skills to manage complex priorities
