Senior Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of benefits plans, ensuring compliance and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and ensure compliance of company benefit plans and regulations
• Interpret and administer all employee benefits programs
• Research and resolve benefits issues and provide support to employees

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in benefits and retirement plans
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Human Resources, or equivalent job experience
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities quickly
• Strong subject matter credibility and technical aptitude
