Senior Benefits and Compensation Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the administration and analysis of compensation and employee benefits programs, the full-time Senior Benefits and Compensation Analyst will manage compensation administration, benefits compliance, and reporting while working onsite in Dallas, TX with the option to work remotely one or two days per week at the department's discretion.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer compensation programs, including merit increases, market adjustments, and salary structure maintenance
- Oversee employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance and providing support for enrollment and eligibility inquiries
- Prepare and analyze reports related to compensation, benefits, and HR metrics to support informed business decisions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Five (5)+ years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or HR operations
- Experience with Dayforce HRIS and compensation reporting systems preferred
- Proven ability to support compensation programs and employee benefits within a complex organization
