Job Summary
Leading benefits programs and HRIS initiatives, the full-time Senior Benefits and HRIS Manager will optimize employee benefits, ensure data integrity, and enhance HR operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversees the strategy and administration of benefits and HRIS, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manages vendor relationships and compliance with benefits regulations, including ERISA and ACA
- Develops HR metrics and utilizes analytics to improve operational efficiency and employee experience
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
- 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in benefits, HRIS, or HR Operations leadership
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance regulations
- Experience with HRIS, benefits platforms, and payroll integrations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives, preferably in a biotech or regulated industry
