Job Summary

To enhance the employee experience, the full-time Senior Benefits and Leave Specialist will manage the administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs, oversee leave of absence processes, and serve as a key point of contact for employees and HR partners, with the flexibility to work remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and track leave claims while guiding employees and managers on leave processes and requirements
  • Respond to inquiries regarding benefit plans, support annual open enrollment, and partner with vendors to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and assist with required documentation for health and welfare plans
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of benefits and leave administration experience preferred
  • Knowledge of FMLA, disability, and state leave programs
  • CEBS, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AI-powered tools for data analysis
