Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of benefits consulting experience managing complex client accounts
• Expertise in funding mechanisms and knowledge of regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Life & Health Producer's License
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
