Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Benefits Coordinator to support consulting and account management teams in benefits administration and client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain client data files and manage data entry and analysis
  • Assist in open enrollments and prepare materials for client meetings
  • Participate in client calls and manage vendor access for enrollments and changes
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • More than 2 years of related experience or training
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • License to be obtained within the first year of employment
