Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Benefits Coordinator to support consulting and account management teams in benefits administration and client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain client data files and manage data entry and analysis
- Assist in open enrollments and prepare materials for client meetings
- Participate in client calls and manage vendor access for enrollments and changes
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- More than 2 years of related experience or training
- Knowledge of benefits administration and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- License to be obtained within the first year of employment
