Job Summary
Specializing in UKG Ready Benefits, the full-time Senior Benefits Implementation Technologist will lead the discovery, build, testing, and setup of client benefit plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client-facing configuration and consulting work for UKG Ready Benefits from discovery to go-live
- Manage the full-cycle benefits implementation process, including design, build, testing, and training
- Translate benefit plan requirements into system configurations while explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on UKG Ready Benefits configuration experience
- Proven experience in leading or supporting full-cycle benefits implementations
- Working knowledge of benefits administration, including open enrollment and ACA reporting
- Strong client-facing consulting skills
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a remote, deadline-driven environment
