Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Manager for their People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership and development to a team of benefits professionals
  • Manage the design and administration of all employee benefits
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • 7+ years of benefit management experience
  • Knowledge of Benefit Eligibility platforms preferred
  • Working knowledge of SAP SucessFactors EC/ECP preferred
  • CEBS, SHRM certification is a plus
