Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Manager for their People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and development to a team of benefits professionals
Manage the design and administration of all employee benefits
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
7+ years of benefit management experience
Knowledge of Benefit Eligibility platforms preferred
Working knowledge of SAP SucessFactors EC/ECP preferred
CEBS, SHRM certification is a plus
