- Provide expert benefit design consultation to employers evaluating managed fertility and family building benefits
- Lead the successful implementation of new clients by guiding benefit design decisions and compliance matters
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance managed fertility and family building benefits based on client feedback
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in benefit design and/or implementation in health plan or third-party payer settings
- Client relationship management skills in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Bachelor's degree with a strong educational track record
