Senior Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Manager to plan, implement, and manage benefit programs for the Americas Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and operation of benefit programs for the Americas Region
• Update existing benefit policies and introduce new ones as necessary
• Prepare benefits budget and create reports on benefits usage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a relevant field; master's degree is a plus
• Experience in managing the benefits lifecycle in the USA, Canada, and Latin America
• Thorough understanding of benefits and compensation programs, policies, and procedures
• Prior comprehensive benefit administration experience
• CEBS, SHRM, or HRCI certification is a plus
