Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs
• Lead and develop a team of benefits specialists for day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align benefits programs with business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in benefits management and team leadership
• Experience with benefits harmonization projects during M&A or transitions
• Understanding of U.S. benefits compliance requirements (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, ERISA)
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
