• Lead global benefits renewals and support the international HR team with benefit-related matters
• Evaluate benefit programs and manage the Equity program, ensuring compliance with audit requirements
• Stay updated on legislation and recommend appropriate courses of action regarding compensation administration

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a similar benefits-focused role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel
• Global exposure to benefits administration
• Ability to influence the development of compensation and benefits programs
• Experience in preparing and delivering executive reports and presentations
