Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global benefits renewals and support international HR team with benefit-related matters
• Evaluate benefit programs and manage the Equity program while ensuring compliance with audit requirements
• Perform additional duties as reasonably required

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a similar benefits-focused role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel proficiency
• Global exposure to benefits and the ability to influence compensation and benefits programs
• Experience in preparing and delivering executive reports and presentations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
