Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Manager responsible for the planning, development, management, and administration of various benefit and leave programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, COBRA, and 401k plans
- Manage U.S. leave programs and Workers Compensation to ensure compliant case handling
- Plan and execute modifications to existing benefits programs and implement new initiatives focusing on wellness
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of benefits experience in plan design & administration, cost management, and analysis
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
- Professional Human Resources or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification is a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Experience with overseeing fully insured and self-insured plans
