Senior Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Manager responsible for the planning, development, management, and administration of various benefit and leave programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, COBRA, and 401k plans
• Manage U.S. leave programs and Workers Compensation to ensure compliant case handling
• Plan and execute modifications to existing benefits programs and implement new initiatives focusing on wellness

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of benefits experience in plan design & administration, cost management, and analysis
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
• Professional Human Resources or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Experience with overseeing fully insured and self-insured plans
