Senior Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a (Senior) Benefits Manager to oversee its global benefits ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement
• Oversee vendor management, including renewals, negotiations, and performance evaluations
• Create and maintain benefits education materials and support employees with inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing US benefits programs in a multinational company or brokerage
• Strong background in benefits design, vendor management, and market benchmarking
• Deep knowledge of self-funded and level-funded healthcare plans
• Experience managing 401(k) plans and international benefits programs
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
