Senior Benefits Manager

Job Summary

As the US lead benefits subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Benefits Manager will oversee health and welfare benefits administration, compliance, and strategy, while managing vendor relationships and enhancing the employee benefits experience, with the option to work remotely and some travel to the London office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage U.S. health and welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, and disability benefits
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA compliance
• Analyze benefits data to identify trends and opportunities for improving employee experience and operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive U.S. benefits experience
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare plans and benefits compliance
• Experience managing benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling
• Experience in a high-growth or highly regulated environment preferred
