Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Manager to oversee benefits administration and employee leave, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer benefits programs and manage employee leave requests
- Partner with third-party benefit administrators and conduct annual reviews of benefit vendor partnerships
- Ensure compliance with benefit laws and regulations, and provide detailed analytics on benefit costs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in benefits administration and 401(k) plan administration
- Deep understanding of benefits packages, policies, and legislation
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred
