Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Evaluate and select benefit vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships
- Analyze benefits data and trends to identify opportunities for program enhancements and cost savings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in benefits management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations
- Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and benefits administration
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
