Senior Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Evaluate and select benefit vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships
• Analyze benefits data and trends to identify opportunities for program enhancements and cost savings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in benefits management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and benefits administration
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
