Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Program Manager, Absence Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead LOA vendor implementations and manage day-to-day vendor relationships
- Develop and track key metrics related to leave incidence and trends, providing insights to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance and policy governance for global LOA programs while educating stakeholders on program resources
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in benefits administration, particularly in LOA and disability program management
- Strong knowledge of U.S. leave and accommodation laws, with familiarity in global statutory leave laws
- Experience with leave-tracking HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Proven ability to analyze data and create dashboards using business intelligence tools
- Experience working with external third-party administrators in an LOA management environment
