Senior Benefits Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance employee experience, the full-time remote Senior Benefits Operations Analyst will oversee the administration of North American retirement, financial wellbeing, and leave programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration of retirement, financial wellbeing, and income protection plans to ensure compliance and operational excellence
• Serve as the primary process owner for U.S. and Canadian Leave of Absence programs, coordinating various leave types and accommodations
• Manage vendor performance and analyze operational metrics to identify and resolve friction points in program delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, and leave program management in North America
• Strong knowledge of benefit operations, including payroll integrations and audit workflows within platforms like Workday and ServiceNow
• Proven expertise in managing complex leave requirements and state/provincial compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and collaborate in matrixed HR environments
• Exceptional communication skills with experience in translating compliance requirements into actionable resources for employees
