Senior Benefits Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the benefits product strategy and roadmap
• Lead the full product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery
• Conduct ongoing research on benefits administration trends and customer pain points

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 7-10 years of product management experience, with 3-5 years focused on benefits administration or Benefits SaaS products
• Experience with benefits workflows such as open enrollment and eligibility management
• Experience working with various types of benefit plans (e.g., Medical, Dental, Vision)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Strong knowledge of benefits processes and regulations
