Job Summary

Senior Benefits Program Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing and developing absence programs, analyzing data for insights, and ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop absence programs that enhance employee experience
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with state, provincial, and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing absence programs in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of statutory leave requirements in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica
• At least 2 years of experience supporting non-absence benefits across the Americas
• Experience with Workday Benefits and Absence administration
• Strong program management and financial analysis skills
