Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Program Manager - US Retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and analyze the 401k Plan to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
Lead project management for M&A activities and plan mergers
Implement communication strategies for employees and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications:

6-8 years of related experience in benefit program management for large companies
Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, finance, tax, or accounting
CEBS/GBA/SPHR/GPHR certification preferred
Experience in managing complex 401k plans and benefit program mergers
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors
