Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits and wellness programs, including open enrollment and communication of benefit changes
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while overseeing leave administration and benefit data accuracy
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee and vendor inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in employee benefits administration
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Benefit File Feeds
  • CEBS Certification preferred; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws related to employment and benefits administration
