Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to manage and enhance benefits programs while providing exceptional service to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Administers benefit plans and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
- Advises employees on eligibility and coverage, and supports the annual open enrollment process
- Reconciles vendor invoices, audits vendor data, and develops benefits communications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of benefits experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, and other relevant regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Service-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
