Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to manage and enhance benefits programs while providing exceptional service to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers benefit plans and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Advises employees on eligibility and coverage, and supports the annual open enrollment process
  • Reconciles vendor invoices, audits vendor data, and develops benefits communications
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of benefits experience
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, and other relevant regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Service-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
