Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to oversee employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, administer, and evaluate employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
  • Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries, providing guidance to employees and management
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors and prepare documentation related to benefits administration
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software, preferably Workday
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
