Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to manage and improve global benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage global benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement offerings
  • Serve as the primary contact for benefits brokers and vendors, managing renewals and compliance
  • Evaluate benefits utilization and employee feedback to recommend enhancements for the employee experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CEBS or similar certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably for a global workforce
  • Strong knowledge of US benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA)
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
