Job Summary

Supporting the administration and management of employee benefits and wellness programs, the full-time Senior Benefits Specialist will provide guidance on benefit plans, ensure compliance with regulations, and partner with vendors while working in a hybrid environment in Dallas, TX, or remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries regarding eligibility and enrollments
  • Maintain accurate employee benefits data and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Partner with benefits vendors and support annual enrollment activities and program enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting employee benefits administration in a corporate environment
  • Experience maintaining employee data within HRIS or benefits systems
  • Experience working with benefits vendors or third-party administrators
  • Experience auditing data and resolving discrepancies
