Job Summary
Supporting the administration and management of employee benefits and wellness programs, the full-time Senior Benefits Specialist will provide guidance on benefit plans, ensure compliance with regulations, and partner with vendors while working in a hybrid environment in Dallas, TX, or remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries regarding eligibility and enrollments
- Maintain accurate employee benefits data and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Partner with benefits vendors and support annual enrollment activities and program enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting employee benefits administration in a corporate environment
- Experience maintaining employee data within HRIS or benefits systems
- Experience working with benefits vendors or third-party administrators
- Experience auditing data and resolving discrepancies
