Senior Benefits Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the development and management of enterprise-wide associate well-being and recognition programs, the full-time Senior Benefits Specialist will coordinate initiatives, analyze program data, and enhance associate engagement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute well-being programs that support physical, emotional, financial, and social well-being
- Administer enterprise-wide associate recognition programs and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze program data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in well-being and recognition initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Benefits, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 7+ years of experience in employee benefits, Total Rewards, or related HR programs
- Experience supporting or administering associate programs within a corporate environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review program data and identify trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating associate-facing content
