Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist Mergers and Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare annual member level census and renewal/marketing presentations
  • Lead implementation efforts for new vendors/plans and annual renewal data updates
  • Participate in due diligence benefits review, integration, and migration for M&A activities
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of prior benefits or finance experience for a national employer
  • Proven Mergers & Acquisition experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
