Senior Benefits Specialist Remote USA
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the local benefits and leave expert, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of plans and effectively communicating them to employees
- Independently manage benefit administration for the US and Canada, including compliance reporting
- Partner with local brokers and vendors, overseeing contract performance and ensuring optimal service delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in benefits administration in high-touch environments
- Multi-state experience in benefits, leave of absence, ADAAA, with Canadian experience as a plus
- Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS system
- Solid understanding of HR best practices for compliance and records management
