Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Support Senior Analyst, Missed Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance carriers, and internal partners, managing the resolution of benefits and enrollment issues
  • Root cause complex issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process and automation enhancements
  • Drive communication with stakeholders during projects and manage complex escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing operational role, specifically in insurance and benefits
  • Prior experience at a SaaS/start-up company preferred
