Senior BI Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior BI Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in a collaborative team environment to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute data-driven strategies optimizing financial performance and operational efficiency
• Maintain/monitor KPIs, establish targets, and provide quality forecast scenarios for business opportunities and risks

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle management, business intelligence, or finance
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance
• High level of business understanding with finance (P&L) experience preferred
