Senior BI Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empower decision-making through data mining, reporting, insights, and storytelling for the Go-To-Market organization
• Create dashboards and scorecards to provide insight into CX programs and initiatives
• Support data needs of Pre-sales, Sales, and Customer Success teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analysis
• 2+ years supporting a Go-To-Market function, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
• Intermediate experience with SQL, data manipulation, and data warehouses
• Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Understanding or willingness to learn key SaaS metrics
