Senior BI Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BI Analyst Senior/Inter to enhance healthcare quality through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards for diverse audiences
• Lead the creation and upkeep of data structures and extraction processes
• Oversee project planning and execution while mentoring intermediate staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Public Health
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and visualizations for senior level, or 2 years for intermediate level
• Proficiency in data analytic and BI reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and SAS
• Experience with Data Warehouses and enterprise-level BI systems
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
