Senior BI Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytical support for Payment Integrity programs, including claims reviews and financial opportunity quantification
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using various data sources, performing trend analysis and benchmarking
• Translate analytical findings into narratives for leadership and support executive presentations with insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, or 7+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge of medical claims data, including coding and claims types
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large healthcare datasets
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
